At ETL Balance, we embrace the power of movement to build strength in mind and body. Our philosophy centres on simplicity and mindfulness, guiding you to discover inner strength and empowerment through every practice. Our classes are limited to six participants, allowing the teacher to offer individual guidance, hands-on assistance, and deeper support—creating space not only to practice, but to learn, explore, and connect more fully with yourself through movement and breath.

Nok’s way of teaching is calming but encouraging at the same time. She goes through each pose with progression to assure you only push to your capabilities.
