    ETL BALANCE FOUNDER

    YOGA TEACHER & PERSONAL TRAINER

Hi, I’m Nok! I was born  in Thailand, and I’ve had the opportunity to live in incredible places like Austria, Papua New Guinea, and now a beautiful country town near Melbourne. Traveling has shaped much of my life, and it was during a time of feeling completely lost and unsure of my path that I discovered my deep love for yoga.

Before finding yoga, I struggled with low self-worth and a sense of directionless. But after attending yoga training with Talia Sutra and Tony Lupinacci at Love and All Is Coming School, everything changed. The experience helped me reconnect with myself, and that transformation inspired me to teach. I have since devoted myself to the teaching and practices of Kriya, meditation, and Asana to better understand both myself and the human condition.

Through this personal journey, I’ve become more confident, more observant, and less caught up in overthinking. Learning from Tony and Talia has taught me the true nature of love—especially the importance of self-love. By peeling away the layers that obscure our understanding, we can rediscover that love within ourselves.

In my teaching, I draw on various lineages passed down by these incredible teachers, including Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and Ghosh Yoga. I also integrate Pranayama, Kriya (in the Kundalini tradition), along with Yin and Restorative practices. I believe in offering a variety of practices to both energize and purify the body through movement, while creating space to slow down and deeply relax. This balance of effort and ease is key to nurturing both body and mind.

I am passionate about guiding students to explore their own places of strength as well as the tenderness. I am aiming to create a space for both myself and student to learn together a pace of compassion self inquiry. My goal is also for students to leave each class with a deep sense of peace, freedom, and a connection to their true nature. Whether through dynamic movement or moments of stillness, I aim to guide my students toward self-discovery and inner calm—just as yoga has done for me.

I am really looking forward to welcome you to our yoga retreat in Thailand. This could be a great opportunity for you to transform explore, experience, rediscover what you have been looking for.

  • Diana Vassilenko

    YOGA TEACHER

Hello! My name is Diana. I am a yoga teacher based in Sydney.

I am into creative, dynamic, and strong sequencing. My key teaching style is a hatha vinyasa that integrates mobility and strength challenges, elements of power, flexibility and flow.

I teach my classes to curated playlists and love creating an engaging atmosphere in class where everybody can show up as their authentic selves and flow their hearts out. I can guarantee that everyone in class will break a sweat (and burst into laughter!). I also love to guide my students into the deepest state of relaxation through teaching mindfulness meditation, yin and restorative yoga.

In terms of my training, I am inspired both by the traditional lineages of Hatha Yoga as well as modern creative vinyasa. I have trained with some of the most amazing teachers, including Talia Sutra and Tony Lupinacci from Love and All Is Coming, and I cannot wait to share the beautiful teachings with you on our retreat.

I look forward to welcoming you on a transformative journey in Thailand!
