My journey into yoga and fitness began with a desire to find balance and healing in my own life.
Over the years, I’ve immersed myself in various yoga traditions and fitness disciplines, learning from esteemed teachers and integrating diverse practices into my unique teaching style. From the dynamic flows of Vinyasa and Ashtanga to the strengthening postures of Hatha, my classes offer a holistic and well-rounded approach to well-being, awakening, liberating, and aligning body, mind, and soul.
