Join me for an open-level Embodied Practice Masterclass—a Hatha Vinyasa-based class designed to create a sense of spaciousness from the inside out.

This Sāttvic (equanimous) class blends various styles of yoga I've learned from Talia Sutra and Tony Lupinacci with Love And All Is Coming School. Talia and Tony have a diverse background in traditional yoga practices. I believe that integrating elements from multiple lineages bridges the gaps in yoga traditions, resulting in a practice that is inclusive, modern, and deeply rooted in tradition. This class draws from the LAAIC sequence by Talia Sutra and is infused with Tony’s unique teaching style.

The open-level nature of the class makes it accessible to practitioners of all levels, encouraging community and shared growth, and providing a harmonious and holistic approach to yoga.
